I got up at 2.40 and set off at 3.40 to catch my bus to Ljubljana. It was 35°C when we arrived at 4pm. I decided to walk to my pension on the other side of town. It is a wonderful city and the banks of the small river are charming.
After a rest I set out in the cooler evening for a beer and salmon sandwich. Both delicious and it was nice to watch the people go by.
