Today we went on a long and brilliant boat trip of the islands round Lefkada. We set off at 9.40 in the morning and returned at 7.30 in the evening.
First stop was the 6th most beautiful beach in the world Porto Katziki (Port of Goats) with its white sand and turquoise waters. In the past it was only accessible by boat. Nowadays you can also walk down 101 steps to the beach. We about 40 min to invade the beach and have a swim. I can report that there were no goats there on this day.
We also sailed past the cliff Sappho was supposed to have jumped off.
